When We Are Closed
If you have an urgent problem when the surgery is closed please ring NHS 111 your call will be answered by Primecare who cover out-of-hours. Please note that when contacting them, your telephone conversation will be recorded.

Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Please note, the local Walk-In-Centres are open daily between 8am – 8pm including weekend. If you cannot get an appointment at the surgery or the surgery is closed and you feel you need to see a GP, you should attend a walk in centre. Details of local centre’s can be obtained at Reception.

If you need help now, but it’s not an emergency, go to 111.nhs.uk or call 111.

Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
