Zero Tolerance 

We have had a few occasions recently, where our staff have been reduced to tears by patients being verbally aggressive and demanding on the phone and in the Surgery.

Our Staff, do an amazing job every single day, but they are human too and are doing the best they can with what resources they have available and they are following the procedures we have in place to ensure a safe and effective service.

Please remember, we operate a zero tolerance policy, please do not take your frustrations out on Staff Members (they are here to help you, which may mean signposting you to appropriate services). Unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour to a Staff Member or Surgery belongings, may result in being removed from our patient list.
